Shipping & Order Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE: Just because you choose “next day air” doesn’t mean you will necessarily have the package the next day. Sometimes there is a processing / wait time, before an item ships. If you’re concerned about this, please contact us prior to ordering. We can be contacted by social media, email and phone.


Special Orders & Made-to-Order Products

All products that are ordered on a pre-paid made-to-order basis or are not regularly stocked in the USA by the manufacturer or distributor are considered “special orders”. All special orders must be paid in full prior to starting the order. Special order payments are non-refundable. If items are damaged in shipping please contact the shipping company immediately and file a claim. This is not something we can do for you. If you are dissatisfied with the item in any way such as appearance, functionality, etc. VisionPro LLC will do everything it can to assist you in seeking assistance from the manufacturer. We guarantee that all products we sell are genuine and in new condition unless explicitly marked as blemished or used.



Exchange Policy 

 Please contact us via phone or email within 30 days after you have received your package if you would like to make an Exchange. Please include these information when emailing us: the order number, name, contact information and reason(s) of return. We will process your request ASAP. 

If customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request an exchange for different style(s), color(s), size(s), or item(s), customer should inform this request of an exchange to VisionPro LLC by Email, Phone, Or through our website within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. 


Exchange cannot be made for orders that are three weeks ago or more.The following restrictions apply to all exchange packages:




Exchange Fee (Both United states and international customers) 


There will be NO exchange fee for exchanging any item(s) with the same price. However, VisionPro LLC does NOT cover shipping fees for exchange items under any circumstances. VisionPro LLC does not issue store credit or refund if the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item. Additional cost will be charged if the exchanged item is more than the original price.


Restocking Fee 


there will be NO restocking fee only when the returned item(s) is/are in "new" condition. To ensure a full refund, customers must return item(s) in a new and unused condition (with tag and wrapping), in the original box(es) and with a copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original price of the item in restocking fee for any damage and tainted item(s).
